1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kraflio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kraflio is an AI-powered LinkedIn content generation platform. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate LinkedIn post drafts based on topics, URLs, voice recordings, images, and other inputs you provide. Posts are generated as drafts for your review and editing before publishing.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • All plans include a 14-day free trial with credit card required.
  • After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate unless cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe (international) or Razorpay (India).
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days of a paid subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent AI-generated content as original research or journalism
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI generation systems
  • Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or LinkedIn's Terms of Service

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the topics and inputs you provide. Generated content is licensed to you for unrestricted personal and commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing. Kraflio does not claim ownership of generated posts.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Kraflio is created by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of generated content. You are solely responsible for any content you choose to publish on LinkedIn or any other platform.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kraflio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
